I was in charge of the teams responsible for the digital channels at BICE Vida. During my tenure, I performed various tasks related to mentoring, coaching, enabling, and managing. My primary goal was to ensure that the digital channels operated efficiently and provided an optimal user experience. I worked closely with the teams, providing guidance and support to develop their technical and professional skills. Additionally, I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the team's activities, making sure that deadlines and objectives were met.
Technical Tribe Lead

As the Technical Manager, I naturally assumed the role of Technical Tribe Lead when the company implemented a scaled agility model based on tribes. My role took on responsibilities inherent to the model, such as setting objectives with OKRs, ensuring quality and continuous delivery, managing dependencies, among other things. I am in charge of leading several highly competent and motivated technical teams, making sure that we are aligned with the strategic objectives of the company. Additionally, I oversee the development of technological projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and the desired outcomes are achieved. My main focus is to promote collaboration and effective communication within the tribe, fostering an agile and productive work environment. I work closely with other tribe leaders and managers to drive innovation and continuous growth in our organization.

I served as the technical lead for the development team of BICE Vida's private site, undertaking various roles such as mentoring, coaching, managing, and developing. During my time in this position, I had the opportunity to lead a talented team of professionals, providing guidance and support in the implementation of projects. Additionally, I was responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring quality and efficiency at all stages of the project. I also took on the responsibility of promoting the professional growth of team members, providing training and opportunities for personal development. Thanks to my experience in technical leadership, I was able to contribute to the success of BICE Vida's private site by optimizing its functionality and ensuring user satisfaction.
Fullstack Engineer
Bicevida / February 2021 - March 2022
I was part of the development team tasked with transforming the customer site of the bicevida.cl portal. During my time on the project, I focused on developing and maintaining the software necessary to carry out this transformation. I worked closely with the rest of the team to ensure that the new site met all the functionalities required by BICE Vida's customers. This involved implementing new features, as well as solving problems and updating existing software. It was a challenging but rewarding task, as I was able to contribute to the improvement of the user experience and the success of the portal, using agile methodologies.

During my tenure at the company, I was part of the team responsible for the principal.cl website. My role involved developing new functionalities, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the proper functioning of the site. Additionally, I closely collaborated with other team members to ensure the quality of the software and continuously improve the user experience. This was a rewarding and challenging experience in which I was able to apply my skills and knowledge in software engineering. During this time, I successfully implemented migration strategies, cloud strategies, and microfrontend strategies, among others. These actions contributed to the success of the website and allowed us to address the technological challenges that emerged along the way.

I was the engineer responsible for creating the LECTUM platform (lectum.cl), funded by FONDEF and requested by teachers at the Universidad de Concepción. My role involved designing and developing an interactive platform that allowed middle and elementary school teachers to conduct reading tests efficiently and in a user-friendly manner. I implemented various functionalities including text presentation, exam administration, self-assessment, and the generation of result reports. I was the sole technology officer in charge of ensuring the proper functioning of the platform and its adaptability to the needs of teachers, students, and other users.
